Material & trim sourcing
We source materials worldwide — fabrics, yarns, linings, buttons, zips — and all brand packaging: labels, care labels, hangtags, printing, packaging and branded cartons, for the best value for money without ever compromising on quality.

Manufacturing
From small runs of 200–300 pieces to tens of thousands of pieces per style. The factory is chosen for the product, volume and lead time — including 100% made-in-France. Our experts are on site to launch production and follow it continuously through inspection and delivery.

Quality control
In-line checks and final inspections carried out with QIMA and the leading certified inspection bodies, to the AQL standards agreed with you.

International logistics
Freight, documents, customs: we deliver under the Incoterm that suits you — FOB, DAP, DDP. Our 300,000-piece space acts as a hub for transit, shipping and store assortments, with our transport partners.

Step 01
Indicative timeline: it varies with the product, materials and volumes.
- Week 1
Brief & study
Target customer, positioning, retail price and target cost, volumes, in-store date. We assess feasibility and the best supply route.
- Weeks 1–2
Design & tech pack
Mood board, sketch, colourways. The style is turned into a complete tech pack with its size chart.
- Weeks 2–4
Sourcing & costing
Three crepe qualities proposed, lab dips, trims, labels and hangtags. Cost price is quoted factory by factory.
- Weeks 3–5
Prototype & fittings
Proto made in our atelier in France, fitted on several body shapes, pattern corrected until the fit is right.
- Weeks 5–7
Pre-production & approval
Samples made by the factory in Morocco: approval of fabric, colour, grading from 36 to 56 and branding.

Order & launch
Material purchasing, production scheduling, and on-site launch by our field expert.

Production & follow-up
Continuous follow-up at the factory, in-line checks, regular updates with your teams.
